Hi Muthu Kumar,
I feel there are some rows in ADMN_USER_LOGIN_RECORD table with company codes which are not defined in com_comany table.
Select all rows from ADMN_USER_LOGIN_RECORD table
where comp_code not defined in com_company table.
That is why the Foreing Key is not geting enabled. Import utility disables all constraints while importing the data and at the end starts enabling all constraints.
