Hi everyone!
I´m having some trouble converting the following from SQL Server into Oracle.
Can anyone help me?!

DATEADD(DAY,-1,(CONVERT(DATETIME,'01/'+'12'+'/'+ STR(SELECT 1900 FROM TABLE1 WHERE ID = '0'),103)))
