can anyone help me to solve this problem of copying a row from database to database, i'm using oracle 7.3.4, i'm using the following sql statement for copying but it is giving as ORA-00900 invalid SQL Statment:

COPY FROM XXX/XXX@XXX TO YYY/YYY@YYY APPEND DEPT USING SELECT * FROM DEPT WHERE DEPT_CODE=1
