Hi friends,

I am an Oracle DBA at an organization.
I have got a idea which I think could be useful if implemented by Oracle Corp.
The ideas are about "New Concept of Index design".
If implemented, Index based retrieval speed could be improved by many folds.
So, I request you to guide me on where/which site should I post my new idea.

Have you measured your idea in terms of memory and time consumption ??
