When i want to execute "sqlplus" command at the command prompt of HP Unix it is giving error as
"Memory fault(Coredump)".
What this error is? Please respond immediately.

Mostly you would not have set the NLS parameters properly.
(ORA_NLS33,NLS_DATE_FORMAT,NLS_LANG).
If these do not help you, Apply the Latest patch.
