I warn you to use shutdown abort if nothing else works. Now is your database in ARCHIVELOG ? If not you can try a recover, if the all transactions needed are still in redo, then you cn save your database else you database is dead ... sorry ... restore the last backup.
Else just recover the datafile, and follow the instruction.
