Iam looking into the options what you suggested. May be i was thinking, (1) If i put 8.1.7.1 patch (my application needs it) will it solve the issue????
else (2) i was thinking to rebuild the OS and start installing oracle again in that server as a fresh installation???
What do you think about this???? i have to find a solution for this soon...
