Dear Support Team,

While running ./runInstaller to install Oracle software, system throw message as

Xlib: connection to "0:0" refused by server.
Xlib: No protocol specified

Exception in thread "main" java.lang Internal error: can't connect to X11 window server using :0.0' as the value of the Display variable.

I tried twice after removing Database directory but getting the same error. What could be the reason? How can i solve this problem?

Waiting for your reply...

Regards,
Ishika

Try to FIRST make xclock works and then come back.
This question bears no real connection with Oracle database.
Please find a more appropriate forum.

Thanks Michel,

My problem got resolved by executing xhost + command. This is not related to oracle.

Ishika
