Help please

I have a temp tablespace that I'm having problems ,and I would like to drop it but I have users that use this one as a temp can I drop and create while they are logged in, although there is no activity on a database

That's not a problem. Oracle doesn't check it when you drop a tablespace. Users will use their default tablepsace as temporary after that.
