I lost the file backT98.log (T98 is the name of my DB), if there any way to reset this file because I donīt have backup and I need to recover my database.

Without a backup it will be impossible to restore this datafile. Also, remember if the tablespace contains more than one datafile and one is lost then you will need to recreate the tablespace.
The only solution you have is to drop this datafile and then try to salvage whatever objects you can from the tablespace using export and then drop / recreate and then import the data back in.
