Hi all

I have set up audit on a oracle 8174 solaris and now I need to disable it Do I need to restart oracle? do to the init.ora been changed? I also believe that audit has caused a slowness in the server, could this be possible?

Hello,
to disable audit, u have to open init.ora and say audit_trail=none

or else u can also say
Alter session set Audit_trail=none;

check it out..
