Hi,

please let me solution for my problem.

There is large archivelog gap between primary and standby database.

which way is better again can i clone standy database or can i do incremental recovery based
on scn number.

The first thing is to know why there is such gap.
Is this hole on the archived logs or is this just the last ones are missing.
Quantify "large".

hi,

my standby datbase was kept down for the past three days,thats why log gap
increased large.

The Fetch Archive Log mechanism should sort it out automatically, no problem.
