i want to migrate the data from remote oracle9i to excel ,
why the characters turn to be "????????" in excel .
i change the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINEsoftwareoracehome0nls_lang
to [[NLS_LANGUAGE]]_[[NLS_TERRITORY]].[[NLS_CHARACTERSET]]
(which i get from $nis_database_parameters). but it doesn't work very well .what i should do next ?
