respected sir,
here i am doing practice with windows nt server with oracle 8i. i had delete a system datafile without backup.now when i started database it is giving message datafile can't read.
is any solution to resolve this problem.

that was a good destructive test ! . Unfortunately when you loose the system datafile without any backup, then the choices are very limited. You need to recreate the database or recover from export backups if available.
