Hello,
We are trying to setup one seprate database server on windows 2000 server(9.2.0.1) platform for some of our critical applications. For that We have installed Citrix Software on one of our server. next we installed oracle 9i release2 server enterprise version and created the database. till that time the oracle was accessible and i was able to query the database. But for some applications that are to be accessed through citrix software we need to install Developer2000. So i installed D2K on the other drive with different oracle home. everything installed properly. I made a host string to connect to the database but i was not able to access the database. not through the D2K nor through OEM. It gives the ORA 12203:. The TNS listener service is also down and I am not bale to start it. It says this could be windows internal error.
suggest me what to do next.
any help is appreciated.
