I get an error message:
ORA-01034 Oracle not available
ORA-27101 Shared Memory Realm does not exist
This happens when the database Mounts.
From the Alert_orcl.log:
Thu Apr 01 11:34:29 2004
Errors in file c:oracleadminorcludumporcl_ora_540.trc:
ORA-00600: intern felkod, argument: [[4880]], [[1733483964]], [[1731133952]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]]
Can anyone help me how I solve this problem?

Are you getting this on Linux?
It's an error I see occasionally on Linux (RedHat Enterprise Edition), during startup. Issuing startup again immediately after works. This also usually happens when I just did a manual shutdown, then a startup. (Not on autostart)
Because of this, I speculate that it is just a Linux issue where perhaps pointers or memory space it had allocated to the Oracle process have not been completely released or something.
So I think that if one waits between issuing the shutdown and the startup, we won't see it as much.
Give us more details/observations about your issue.

Did you recently change anything( Oracle_Home, instance parameters(db_cache_size,shared_pool_size etc) ?
Maybe recreating the Service will help ?
