What are the options for limiting resource usage of specific Oracle accounts? Several accounts exist in our production database with SELECT privilege on many tables. They are used for ad hoc query reporting in SQL*Plus. I would like to limit their potential resource consumption to avoid global performance degradation. Currently using 8.1.7 but soon 9.2.0.4. Thank you.
