I have installed oracle9i on redhat9 ,but when i create db on dbca,i met error.

Hey, I found this one on http://www.oreillynet.com/cs/user/view/cs_msg/25524

Try:
export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1

At least it worked for me
