I have two questions about authentication:
1.how can the clients transmit the identifier to Oracle before logon
2.After logon Oracle,how can I lock some roles of the user instead of revoking the roles?

1. You cannot.

2. You cannot lock roles. However, you can enable and disable them for a session. Example:

SET ROLE manager IDENTIFIED BY oracle;
