Hi
I have installed Oracle 10g on RHlinux ES.i have installed oracle in /(root) partition only, in /opt directory.
Now my / partition space is 100% used. I want to add some space to either / partition or /opt directory. How can i do that? plz help. I thought to add one more hd ,by mount to /opt directory but the existing directory contents may be unavailable plz suggest me what to do

plan ahead....
rm -rf /opt # will free up space
